DMCA Policy

1. Copyright Respect

TokGrab respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not host any TikTok videos on our servers. Our tool simply facilitates access to publicly available content via the TikWM API.

2. DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available through TokGrab infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• The specific TikTok URL in question
• Your contact information (name, email, address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Please send your DMCA notice via our contact page with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice."

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification with the same required information as above, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a federal court.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

6. Important Note

TokGrab does not store or cache downloaded videos. Each download is processed in real-time and the video is delivered directly from TikTok's CDN servers. We have no control over the availability or content of videos hosted by TikTok.
