6. Limitation of Liability

TokGrab is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, copyright claims, or account suspension by TikTok.

TokGrab relies on the TikWM API and TikTok's public infrastructure. We are not responsible for changes to these services that may affect our functionality.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TokGrab after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
